The utilities, data and links on these pages have been collated to resolve PC problems encountered in the workplace. All have been used by myself to help make my job as a computer technician much easier.

The worst scenario in computer diagnosis, in my opinion, is not the problem with the computer, nor the knowledge required to carry out the repair, but not having the resources, time and tools necessary to get the job done.

It is my hope that this page can at least point you in the right direction, and provide possible solutions to the most common recovery issues.
